Today I would like yo to do the opposite of what we were doing yesterday. Yesterday we were converting improper fractions into mixed number fractions. Today you will be turning mixed number fractions into improper fractions. Watch this clip to see the success criteria modelled.

Remember the structure – on main point then lots of reasons to support it (joined together by ‘sequencing conjunctions’).
A strong conclusion which summarises our main arguments.
- Monday through to Wednesday – Write the first draft of your persuasive argument (use the table for the success criteria below – all of these features should appear in your work)
- Thursday – edit and improve your work
- Friday – publish your work and send it in to me (handwritten please).
